We want you to love your LoveShackFancy pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery. Please note that items marked as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene liners remain intact.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and affix it to the outside of your package, removing any old labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated carrier location and keep your tracking receipt to monitor your refund status.
